Give a Garden card is issued by Gift Station. By purchasing or using the Give a Garden card, you agree to these terms and conditions
- Expiry: Your card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The purchase date is printed on the back of the card and can be checked online. The card can’t be used after expiry, and unused value remaining on expiry will automatically be forfeited.
- Your responsibility for transactions on your card: You are responsible for the use and safety of your card. You must not give your card or card details to anyone or let anyone else use your card unless your intention is that they will become the rightful holder of the card.
- Lost or stolen card: Protect this card as if it were cash. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The issuer accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen cards.
- Restrictions on dealings with the card: You must not on-sell your card. If you have been given the card as a gift, you can use the card in accordance with these Terms, and your use of the card indicates your acceptance of these Terms. As the user of the card, you cannot assign any of your rights and obligations under these Terms. If you have stolen the card, or have purchased the card from someone other than our authorised distributors, you are not entitled to the benefit of the card or these Terms, and we have no responsibility to you.
- Authorised stores for card redemptions: Give a Garden gift cards may only be redeemed at authorised garden retailers listed on this website at time of transaction.
- Card balance: The funds available on your Give a Garden gift card will be verified at time of presentation to an authorised store as listed on this website, or you may visit giftstation.co.nz to check the remaining balance on your card
- Exchanges and refunds: Give a Garden gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, exchanged for other gift cards or for other products.
- Terms of Trade use of and purchases made with your Give a Garden gift card are subject to the terms of trade as set by Garden Promotions Ltd which may change from time to time
